Educational Vision & Goals

I believe in creating, nurturing, and maintaining a learning and leadership environment by inspiring and leading with a defined purpose. This vision is developed from the belief that the learning and leadership environment is founded from strong relationships embedded in collaborative decision making processes with high expectations for effective results.

My educational goals involve becoming a school leader that makes strong educational decisions which utilizes the feedback of a variety of stakeholders to encourage educational growth for all children and adults in the community.  By utilizing my positional influence, I have a goal of increasing student enrollment, student/parent satisfaction, and in the end, having more families move to the area to help add to the community both financially and socially.  I also seek to earn my Chief School Business Official certification and use this new knowledge to help with high-level financial decision-making that moves my school district in the direction identified by the school mission and vision.
