Completed the 2021 Levy for the Donovan School District
Planned professional development for all county schools & actively plan Donovan CUSD #3 district wide professional development
Wrote Title I, II, IV, 3 circles FFA, and Ag Incentive grants
Awarded $24,600 library grant through Secretary of State for the purchase of 65 student Chromebooks in 2021
Approved to present at Triple I School Board Conference 2020
Started Summer MyOn Reading Program for Elementary Students at previous school to address summer learning loss
Increased student achievement and school culture at each administrative position-school
Implemented P.B.I.S. (positive behavior interventions and supports) at Elementary, Middle, and High School buildings
Led a building of 500 students/staff and reduced out of school suspensions by 100 in one year
Held monthly assemblies highlighting students, staff, and school accomplishments every month
